Photography is a collaboration. My role is to show up prepared, communicate clearly, and adapt to whatever the day brings so you don’t have to worry about the details.

This page outlines what working together looks like, what’s included, and how I approach things like coverage, rescheduling, and flexibility.

What’s Included in Every Photography Experience

Every session or event includes:

• Thoughtful planning and communication

• Professional editing with true-to-life color

• A complete, finished digital gallery

• A personal-use print release

• Clear delivery timelines

From inquiry to final delivery, the process is designed to feel straightforward and supportive.

Wedding Coverage and Second Photographers

Full-day wedding coverage includes a second photographer by default, unless you choose to remove it.

Second photographers are selected from a trusted network of experienced professionals, based on location and the needs of your day. This ensures consistent coverage without introducing unfamiliar workflows.

For smaller events or shorter coverage, a second photographer may be optional.

Print Release and Image Use

All delivered digital images include a print release for personal use.

Clients are welcome to print, share, and enjoy their photos freely for personal purposes. Commercial use or resale of images is not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon.

Retainer and Booking

To reserve your date, a 35% date reservation fee is required at the time of booking. This retainer is non-refundable and secures your date on my calendar.

The remaining balance and payment schedule are outlined clearly before anything is finalized.

Rescheduling and Flexibility

Life happens, and flexibility matters.

I approach rescheduling with a client-first mindset and do everything possible to adapt to changes caused by:

• Weather

• Illness

• Travel delays

• Unforeseen circumstances

Every situation is handled individually, with communication and care. The goal is always to deliver fully, even when plans shift.

How I Prepare

Behind the scenes, preparation includes:

• Backup camera equipment

• Redundant file storage

• Timeline planning and coordination

• Familiarity with a wide range of lighting conditions and environments

This preparation allows me to stay focused on the moments that matter most.

Questions are encouraged at every stage. Expectations are discussed early, confirmed clearly, and revisited as needed.
