Photography Pricing Overview
Photography pricing can feel opaque, especially when every photographer structures things differently. My goal is to be transparent about what photography typically costs, without locking anyone into rigid packages or vague estimates.
This page is meant to give you realistic context before diving into detailed pricing.
How My Pricing Is Structured
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all packages, pricing is based on the amount of coverage needed, the complexity of the event or session, and the level of planning involved.
This approach allows flexibility while keeping expectations clear from the start.
General Pricing Ranges
These ranges reflect where my work typically begins and where most clients land.
Weddings
Wedding photography coverage starts at $4,800, with most couples investing around $6,200.
Final pricing depends on factors like coverage length, timeline complexity, whether a second photographer is included, and travel needs.
Elopements
Elopement photography starts at $1,400, with typical coverage around $2,800.
Elopements vary widely, from short ceremonies to full-day, location-based experiences, which is why pricing is built around the specifics of each day.
Engagements, Families, and Portraits
Engagement, couple, family, and portrait sessions start at $675.
Session pricing is based on time and location rather than the number of people involved.
Boudoir
Boudoir sessions start at $750.
These sessions are paced intentionally, with privacy, comfort, and client control always prioritized.
Mitzvahs
Mitzvah photography coverage starts at $2,800.
Coverage is tailored to the structure of the day and any related events, with care taken to document meaningful moments respectfully.
What These Numbers Include
Every photography experience includes:
Planning and communication before the session or event
Professional editing with true-to-life color
A complete, finished digital gallery
A personal-use print release
Clear delivery timelines
Full-day wedding coverage includes a second photographer unless you choose to remove it.
Why Pricing Can Vary
Photography pricing reflects more than time spent shooting. It includes preparation, experience, consistency, and the responsibility of documenting moments that can’t be repeated.
I intentionally limit the number of events I take on each year so every client receives the same level of attention and care.
